Portable Computers - Most externally accessible parts (RAM, drives, keyboards) include free installation (add 1 hour labour for screens, 2 ~ 3 hours for motherboards) - Most hardware and software sales include professional installation at our static-controlled, voltage-regulated workshop.
FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Limited) - Questions about our products and services are welcome, and a quick question is fine, but our valued free technical support is to help regular customers troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the products we sell, service and support. It is offered as a courtesy subject to availability, and reasonable limits apply. It is limited to you or your technical designate (NOT your entire family and staff), and it does NOT include teaching basic computer skills!You or your designate should know basic computer terminology, how to find files and programs, and how to at least Select, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Open, Refresh, Close, Resize, Move, Minimize, Maximize, Download, Search, Install, Uninstall, Save, Save As, Print, Print Selection, Drag n' Drop, etc. We also offer paid support for calls that are expected to last more than 10 minutes.

OUR DESKTOP COMPUTERS - Unlike most bargain computers, we do not do use cheap, generic, after market, knock off, remanufactured, refurbished, or poor-quality parts with higher failure rates. Manufacturer's know which parts last longer, and which parts to warranty longer, and that's what we use. We don't charge extra for an extended warranty. You get our depot warranty and the additional manufacturer's warranty coverages included free. Our computers compete with most bargain computers, yet are similar to systems costing twice as much. We do not build low quality systems with mis-leading adds and over-hyped numbers to hide the junk. We are not suits or sales people, we are seasoned technicians that can provide many value-added services that the competition can't touch.
