Do I need an appointment?

Yes, please call 604-590-6098 to book an appointment for all sales and services.


What if I show up without an appointment?

We may be closed, there may be no parking, or you may have to wait outside until we finish serving everyone with pre-booked appointments.

Can I get service on evenings, weekends, or holidays?

Pick up or drop off service may be available after hours at no charge. Just call during regular hours to make arrangements. After-hours services are subject to availability, and overtime rates will apply. Please see our After-Hours, Rush & Emergency Services page for more information.


Can I get emergency or rush service?

Emergency and rush services are subject to availability, call 604-590-6098, phones are usually monitored after hours, so please leave a message. A rush fee will be added and overtime rates may apply. Please see our After-Hours, Rush & Emergency Services page for more information.


What if I miss my on-site service appointment?

Once a technician arrives onsite for a pre-scheduled appointment, the one-hour minimum charge for onsite service in your area applies, even if no work is done.


What if I can't attend my on-site service appointment?

No problem, just make prior arrangements with us to facilitate access.


What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

No problem, just give us a call. Please allow as much notice as possible.
