Order Online via PayPal - PayPal is for local orders only, out-of-area orders will not be processed. You can use your credit card or PayPal account to order many of our products and services online. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card. Products can be picked up at our workshop, or you can purchase local shipping or onsite service, please see below for details.
Order by Phone, Fax, Mail or E-mail - You can also order many of our products and services by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. Just indicate clearly what you want to order. We will then contact you to confirm availability and make arrangements to provide the products and services you want. Do not send payment until we have confirmed your order. After your order has been confirmed, you can send a certified cheque to the address below. Products can be picked up at our workshop, or you can purchase local shipping or onsite service, please see below for details.
Counter Sales / Walk-in Service - Appointments are required for all purchases and services. Our workshop is not a retail store, so please call 604-590-6098 to confirm availability and make an appointment. We accept cash, certified cheques, and Visa or MasterCard cheques; proper identification will be required if you wish to pay by cheque. We do not accept debit or credit cards at our workshop.
Terms - Local orders only, out-of-area orders are not accepted, please see below for details. We do not provide credit. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, and orders are subject to availability. All prices are in Canadian currency, we only accept Canadian currency, and we charge tax as required.
Customer Pickups - All customer pickups must be pre-scheduled, please call 604-590-6098 to schedule a pickup time. Orders can be picked up at the address below. Regular stock items are usually available for same-day pickup during regular business hours. Computers usually take 3 or 4 business days to prepare, special order items may take longer.
Local Shipping or Onsite Service - Many of the products we offer online allow you to use your credit card or PayPal account to order local shipping or onsite service. If you order onsite service, you do not have to order local shipping as well. After we receive your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery or onsite service time that's convenient for both of us.
Delivery and onsite service can usually be provided within 1 or 2 business days, computers usually take 3 or 4 business days to prepare. If for any reason we can't complete your order within a reasonable amount of time, we will refund your money.
Orders must be signed for, we do not leave orders sitting on your doorstep. If our driver or technician arrives at the pre-scheduled time and is prevented from delivering your order or providing onsite service, the delivery charge or minimum onsite service fee still applies, and you will have to contact us to schedule a customer pickup.

Local Onsite Service & Shipping Areas:
Area 1 - North Delta, Surrey, White Rock and Langley City (196th to 212th street, 44th to 62nd avenue)
$25 shipping charge, or 1 hour minimum onsite service charge
Area 2 - Ladner, New Westminster, Tsawwassen and Langley Township (Aldergrove, Fort Langley, Walnut Grove)
$35 shipping charge, or 1½ hour minimum onsite service charge
Area 3 - Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond and Vancouver
$45 shipping charge, or 2 hour minimum onsite service charge
Area 54 - Onsite service to areas "beyond the outer limits" may be available. Please call 604-590-6098 for details.
