How much do you charge?

Please see our Service Rates page for details.

When is payment due?

Regular stock items must be paid for upon receipt, and special order items must be paid for in advance. If your company has not established terms, payment for onsite service must be made before the technician leaves. Deposits and regular payments are required for larger projects and contracted services.

Do you have terms available?

Local businesses may apply for terms (net 30 days), restrictions may apply.

Do you accept credit cards or debit cards?

We only accept credit cards online through PayPal and we only deliver to local areas. We do not ship elsewhere, and we do not accept debit cards at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, Visa & MasterCard cheques. If you wish to pay by cheque, proper identification will be required.

Do you have any financing or leasing options?

Lease options may be available for qualifying businesses only ($1000 minimum). Please call 604-590-6098 for more information.

Do you ship products?

We only ship to local areas.

Do you ship to areas beyond your local service area?

No.

Do you ship to other Provinces or Countries?

No.

How do your service rates compare?

Most companies around here charge anywhere from $85 to $120 per hour or more. Our service rates are lower, and our technicians are certified and experienced.

How do your prices compare?

Our prices are often lower than most retail stores in the area, and unlike most retail stores, we have excellent service, plus we directly warranty our computers.

Does it cost less if I bring my computer to you for service?

Yes, plus we can do a more thorough job. We charge by the hour for onsite service rounded back to the nearest 15-minute interval. We recommend onsite service if you have networking issues.

What if I don't pay?

If there is an outstanding balance after 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to keep, use, sell or dispose of any items and/or data in our possession. Such action, if taken, shall in no way mitigate any outstanding financial obligation; your loss will be considered payment towards our claim against you for punitive damages. Compound interest will also be charged. In addition, we also reserve the right to retain the services of third party in seeking satisfaction. Third parties retained for collection purposes may include, but are not limited to collection agencies, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, Revenue Services of British Columbia, the police, the courts, and private individuals. We assume no liability for the collection practices or actions of any such third party, and all costs incurred by us in attempting to seek satisfaction will also be added to your outstanding balance. We also reserve the right to register a lien against your personal assets, property, and/or estate.

Outstanding Balances, Interest Rates and Late Payments:

Any outstanding balance over 30 calendar days past due, will be charged an additional 10% compound interest charge each month. Any collection costs incurred will also be added to your outstanding balance.

Bad Cheques

We charge a $25.00 processing fee for all returned cheques. We also reserve the right to seek satisfaction as outlined under the section "What if I don't pay?"

Estimates and Quotes:

All estimates and quotes whether written or verbal, are subject to change. We have a history of providing accurate information, however it isn't always possible to foresee and account for every issue that may arise. Occasionally there are hidden, intermittent, or even new issues that surface as service progresses, and additional service may be required. That's why we usually provide an estimate rather than a quote. If additional service is declined, you will still have to pay for all services rendered up to that point.
