Can you fix my printer right away? Do you sell new or used printers? Not any more. Do you sell printer parts? No. Do you repair printers? Yes, but we only laser printers, and only at our workshop. Is my printer worth fixing? Matbe. Laser printers can usually be repaired if our suppliers can source the parts. Inkjet printers are usually not worth fixing. This is because it usually costs less to buy a new one than it does to repair an old one. Do you repair printers onsite? No. Can you repair printers that are under warranty? Yes, but we charge for parts and services. If you require warranty service from a particular vendor or manufacturer, please contact them. Can I bring my printer to you for repairs? Yes, if it's a laser printer. Can you pick up and/or deliver my printer? Maybe, this service is subject to availability, and a pick up and/or delivery fee will be added to your bill. The cost will depend on the distance involved. Can you fix my printer right away? We offer rush service on laser printers and computers for a fee. Rush service lets you jump the que and we start repairs right away. Repairs may be delayed if we have to wait for parts. The rush fee will still apply because repairs resume as soon as we receive the parts.
