We are privately owned and operated, and we respect your right to privacy and confidentiality. Your information is used for contact and administrative purposes, and to facilitate sales and/or services. Your contact information will be provided to workers directly involved in providing sales and services.

We will not bother you with:

  • Telemarketing
  • Door-to-door sales
We will not share your personal information or data except as requested or permitted by you, or in the good faith belief that such action is required to:
  • establish contact and conduct administrative tasks;
  • facilitate sales or services;

What information do you keep on file?

The only information we keep on file is what you provide to us on our Contact Information/Work Order/Service Authorization form, and any information you voluntarily provide or submit to us. Sometimes we may also require personal identification for cheque processing and security reasons.

Who has physical access to my information?

Only the owner and administrative personnel have physical access to your information.

Is my information secure?

Our computers and files are kept in a secure location. Our facilities, systems and networks have multiple security enhancements, and staff are usually present 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your information will not be shared outside the company without your permission, except under the conditions explained above. We strive to keep your information secure, however no one can guarantee 100% security.

What security measures do you have in place?

We do not want to compromise security, so we do not make this information public.

Does your web site use cookies?

We may from time to time use cookies to provide some form of functionality on our website, but we do not collect any personal information with these types of cookies.

What about electronic communications?

Information that travels over public lines and wireless networks can be intercepted, so be careful.
What happens to the data on old hard drives left at your place?

If the hard drive is to be used again, it will be low-level formatted to erase all data. If it is to be recycled, it will be destroyed by Electronics Recycling (Canada) Co. Ltd. If desired, we can ask them to issue a Certificate of Destruction. The cost for this service is $10 per certificate.
