Data Services - Data cleaning, recovery, retrieval, backup, migration, and restoration services. Almost every computer that comes in our shop is infected. Get your data cleaned before migrating it to you new computer.
Set-up User Accounts and E-mail Accounts - We can configure your user and e-mail accounts for you. We will need the account name, email address, username and password for each email account (If you don't know it, ask your Internet Service Provider).
Software Installation - We can install, update and configure additional software programs for you. If it's not available as a free download, you may have to purchase licenses, disks, and/or activation keys either from us, or online.
User Settings and Preferences - We can configure user setting and preferences to your liking. You will have to be present to tell us what your preferences are.
Peripherals and Accessories - We can set up your scanners, printers, digital cameras, etc., resource and install the latest drivers and software, test everything, and show you how to use it. We often go online and check prices at Best Buy, Future Shop, London Drugs and Staples, and most of the time our prices lower.
Backup Solutions - All hard drives fail, most last about 5 years, and some brands die much sooner, so you definately need a backup. We can sell you good quality flash memory sticks, top-rated blank CD's and DVD's, internal and external portable optical drives and hard drives, network attached storage, computers and servers for your home and business.
Ordering - If you wish to place an order, please call 604-590-6098 and we will verify price and availability. If available, we can usually have it ready for pick-up in 1 to 3 business days once we've received a 50% deposit or pre-payment (cash or cheque only).
