Rush Services - A Rush Fee applies when a technician has to drop everything to attend to your needs. If repairs are delayed because we have to wait for parts, the rush fee still applies. You will have jumped the que, and your Rush Service will resume as soon as parts arrive. After-Hours Services - Overtime rates apply after 6p.m. weekdays, and on weekends and holidays.
