How long will it take to fix my computer?

Most service calls only take an hour or two, while some can take longer. It just depends on how messed up your system is, and what you want done. We charge by the hour for onsite service, rounded back to the nearest 15 minute interval.

When is payment due?

Payment for onsite service must be made before the technician leaves. If payment is not made, the technician may remove the computer and we will hold it as security until payment is made in cash. If your business has been approved for terms, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Deposits or regular payments are required for larger projects and contracted services. All product purchases must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, and all special orders must be pre-paid in full.

Do you have terms available?

Local businesses may apply for terms (net 30 days) on services only. All product purchases must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, and all special orders must be pre-paid in full.

Do you accept credit cards or debit cards?

Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or debit cards. We only accept credit cards online via PayPal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer cash, but we may accept a cheque with proper identification.

Do you have any financing or leasing options?

Lease options for products and services are available for qualifying businesses ($1000 minimum).

Do you ship products?

Yes, but only locally. All product purchases, shipping and related charges must be pre-paid in full. Products will be shipped when funds have cleared.

Where do you ship products to?

Please see our PayPal page for more information on local shipping.

Do you ship to other provinces or countries?

No.

How do your service rates compare?

Most companies around here charge anywhere from $85 to $120 per hour or more. Our service rates are much lower, and our technicians are certified and experienced.

How do your prices compare?

Our prices are often lower than most retail stores in the area. We directly warranty our computers, and when it comes to service, retail stores can't touch us.

Does it cost less if I bring my computer to you for service?

Yes, our hourly shop rates are less and often flat rates apply for standard services. We charge by the hour for on-site services. You will require onsite service if you have networking issues.

How much do you charge?

Please our Service Rates page for details.

What if I don't pay?

If there is an outstanding balance after 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to keep, use, sell or dispose of any items and/or data in our possession. Such action, if taken, shall in no way mitigate any outstanding financial obligation. All costs incurred by us in attempting to seek satisfaction will be added to the outstanding balance, and compound interest (10% per month) will also be added on top of the total outstanding balance. In addition, we also reserve the right to retain the services of any third party in seeking satisfaction. This may include but is not limited to collection agencies, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency, Revenue Services of British Columbia, the police, the courts, and private individuals. We assume no liability for the collection practices or actions of any such third party. We also reserve the right to register a lien against your personal assests or property.

Outstanding Balances, Interest Rates and Late Payments:

Any outstanding balance over 30 calendar days past due will accrue compound interest charged at a monthly rate of 10%.

Bad Cheques

We charge a $25.00 processing fee for every returned cheque. We also reserve the right to seek satisfaction as outlined under the section "What if I don't pay?"

Estimates and Quotes:

We can provide an estimate, we usually do not provide quotes. All estimates and quotes whether written or verbal, are subject to change. We have a history of providing accurate information, however it isn't always possible to forsee and account for every issue that may arrise. There may be hidden, intermittent, or even new issues that surface as service progresses, and additional products or services may be required. If additional products or services are declined, you will still have to pay for all products and services rendered up to that point.
