Technical support is for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to the products we sell, service and support. It does NOT include teaching basic computer skills. If you don't know how to Select, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Open, Close, Download, Search, Install, Uninstall, Save, and Save As, then you should take some basic computer training. We'll point you in the right direction, but we just don't have the time to wait through every reboot and mouse click.
