Orders, Purchases and Payment:
- We accept cash, cheques, major credit card cheques, bank drafts and money orders (proper identification is required).
- Computers, special orders, and orders requiring local delivery require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Deposits and regular payments are required for larger projects and contracted services.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars unless noted otherwise.
- We charge 12% HST, Environmental Handling Fees (EHF) and shipping if applicable.
Limited Terms: (Approved Businesses only)
- Your business must be pre-approved to qualify for terms.
- Terms are available for services (labour) only.
- Terms are NOT available for any product, software or hardware purchase. All purchases must be paid for in full upon receipt, or in advance.
- To avoid late payment charges, all outstanding invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the billing date.
- A 10% late payment fee will be added every 30 days to the total ourstanding balance.
- Any outstanding balance older than 120 days will be turned over to collections.
- Terms may be granted, denied, or revoked at our discretion without notice or just cause.
Shipping and Local Delivery:
- Local delivery to our local service areas is subject to availability, delivery charges may apply.
- Computers, special orders, and purchases requiring local delivery require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment for the outstanding balance and delivery is due upon receipt. If payment isn't received upon delivery, your purchase will be brought back to our workshop and held until we receive a cash payment for the full balance owed, plus any delivery charge, plus all applicable late payment fees. If we do not receive full payment in cash within 90 days, you loose your non-refundable deposit and your purchase.
- Local delivery charges may be waived if onsite service is also purchased.
- We ship to most locations in Canada. We do NOT ship to anywhere outside of Canada.
- Shipping and associated charges will be determined and provided on a case-by-case basis
- Purchases that require shipping must pay for everything in advance. This includes, but is not limited to, the full purchase price, plus all additional charges such as packaging, shipping, insurance, taxes and Environmental Handling Fees.
- Purchases that require shipping will not be shipped until all funds have cleared.

- Goods that have not been picked up within 90 days will be forfeited.
- Delta Computers reserves the right to, at our discretion, temporarily or permanently deny or suspend suspend service without just cause or notification.
